ORLEANS PARISH IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS * UNTIL 515 PM CDT * AT 442 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO OVER LAKE CATHERINE...OR ABOUT 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF EDEN ISLE...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 20 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
