  INDEPENDENCE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 145 AM CST MONDAY

* FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN BATESVILLE AND ON HIGHWAY 230 NEAR
  CAVE CITY. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES MORE RAIN AND THUNDERSHOWERS WILL
  MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS INDEPENDENCE AND SOUTHERN SHARP COUNTIES THROUGH
  130 AM CST.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
