THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTH PLATTE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRONTIER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 727 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES EAST OF MOOREFIELD TO 5
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF STOCKVILLE TO 19 MILES SOUTHWEST OF 
  STOCKVILLE.  THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE MOVING 
  SLOWLY EAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH AND CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE SAME 
  AREAS. RAPID RISES IN SMALL STREAMS AND RIVERS CAN BE EXPECTED 
  THIS EVENING.
