* AT 338 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A LARGE WATERSPOUT MOVING 
TOWARDS BAHIA HONDA STATE PARK. THIS WATERSP OUT WAS JUST NORTH OF 
BAHIA HONDA...AND WAS MOVING SOUTH.
