* AT 102 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A LARGE WATERSPOUT MOVING 
TOWARDS CUDJOE KEY...JUST SOUTH OF MM 23. THIS WATERSPOUT WAS JUST 
SOUTH OF CUDJOE KEY...AND WAS MOVING NORTH.
