* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  IN SOUTHERN FLORIDA...THE LOWER KEYS IN MONROE COUNTY
  AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 1101 PM EDT... DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A LINE OF FAST MOVING   
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...MOVING RAPIDLY NORTHWEST OVER ATLANTIC   
WATERS TOWARD THE LOWER KEYS.

* THE LEADING EDGE OF THESE STORMS WILL BRING STRONG WIND GUSTS TO 
ISLAND LOCATIONS OF THE LOWER KEYS...ESPECIALLY KEY WEST TO BIG 
COPPITT KEY...BETWEEN 1105 AND 1130 PM.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...AND 
VERY HEAVY RAIN. SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM
