Nov 8, 2:20 PM CST	Tornado F2	Cooter Pt, LA	This tornado moved out of extreme southeastern Franklin Parish into west central Tensas Parish. The tornado completely destroyed a mobile home. Four houses were heavily damaged, including a brick home. Several people in the brick home received minor injuries.
