  EAST CARROLL PARISH IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA
  BOLIVAR COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI
  WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI
  SOUTHERN CHICOT COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS

* AT 1117 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST ALONG A 
LINE FROM 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF LAKE PROVIDENCE LOUISIANA TO EUDORA 
ARKANSAS TO LELAND AND RULEVILLE IN MISSISSIPPI. RADAR ESTIMATES 
INDICATE THAT EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR IS 
FALLING OVER THE WARNED AREA AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES IS 
POSSIBLE. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS!!
