  SOUTHERN CLAY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA
  VIGO COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 700 AM EST

* AT 240 AM EST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
  TERRE HAUTE EXTENDING WEST INTO ILLINOIS... MOVING EAST
  SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE OCCURRED
