THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LEWIS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KENTUCKY.

* EFFECTIVE UNTIL 605 PM EST.

* AT 4 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
 THAT A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
 PORTION OF LEWIS COUNTY. THESE STORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE
 ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL BY 5 PM.

* ACORDING TO THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT...NUMEROUS ROADS ARE ALREADY
 CLOSED ACROSS THE COUNTY FROM EARLIER RAINS. ADDITIONAL HEAVY
 RAINFALL WILL HIGHTEN THE THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY
 ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY.

IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
