* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NEW HANOVER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA
  PENDER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA
  COLUMBUS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA
  BRUNSWICK COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 300 PM EDT

* AT 1119 AM EDT...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG A LINE EXTENDING 
  FROM 15 MILES WEST OF BURGAW TO SHALLOTTE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  20 MPH. FLOODING WAS ALREADY REPORTED IN BRUNSWICK COUNTY.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING
  ON ROADS...DITCHES...UNDERPASSES...STREAMS AND CREEKS...AND ANY
  LOW LYING AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
