  HARPER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 200 AM CST.

* AT 700 PM CST THE PUBLIC REPORTED WATER OVER THE ROAD NORTH OF 
BLUFF CITY. IN ADDITION...LAW ENFORCEMENT STILL REPORTED SOME ROADS 
COVERED WITH WATER ACROSS THE COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
