* AT 1210 PM CDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY   
RAINFALL 3.5 MILES NORTHWEST OF BARTLETT OR ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF 
PARSONS. THE TRAINED SPOTTER REPORTED THAT 2.2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD 
FALLEN SINCE 1130 AM CDT.
