* AT 318 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM 
  OVER ANGLETON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  AT 311 PM CST THE 
  ANGLETON POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTED A BRIEF TORNADO TOUCHDOWN 
  NEAR THE BRAZORIA COUNTY COURTHOUSE.
