...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST SECTIONS OF THE
   BIG ISLAND FROM LAPAHOEHOE TO HILO TO PUNA ALONG KAU TO SOUTH
   POINT UNTIL 1050 PM...
	
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR
IMMINENT. PERSONS IN THE AREA SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION
TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND OR REMAIN
INDOORS.

RAINS CONTINUE TO BE VERY HEAVY. THE GROUNDS ARE FULLY SATURATED
AND STREAMS ARE FULL. HEAVY STREET FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING ARE
