  A STRONG THUNDERSTORM STATIONARY FROM HANA TO UPSLOPE OF KIPAHULU

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT. 
PERSONS ON EAST MAUI SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND
