* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 745 PM EDT

* AT 550 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SERIES
  OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST...PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
  RAINFALL OF UP TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR FROM JUST EAST OF SAPPHIRE TO
  SOUTH OF LAKE TOXAWAY.

* AS THE HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUES...STREAMS AND CREEKS ALONG AND
  SOUTH OF ROUTE 64 WILL APPROACH OR EXCEED BANKFULL. SIGNIFICANT
  STANDING WATER WILL ALSO DEVELOP ON AREA ROADWAYS.
