* AT 1034 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST
  DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR LOOMIS. THAT PLACES
  THE STORM 17 MILES NORTHWEST OF MARINETTE.  IT WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST
