OUTAGAMIE COUNTY IN WISCONSIN * UNTIL 1230 AM CDT * AT 1133 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.
