* AT 1030 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH STRONG WINDS AND HAIL. THE
  STORMS WERE CENTERED 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF SAYNER. THAT PLACES THE
  CENTER OF THE CLUSTER 19 MILES NORTHWEST OF EAGLE RIVER. THE STORMS
  WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
