WESTERN ARCHULETA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL COLORADO EASTERN LA PLATA COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST COLORADO * UNTIL 600 PM MDT * AT 310 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHWEST ARCHULETA AND NORTHEAST LA PLATA COUNTIES...MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH. * THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
