  DEVELOPING TORNADO 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF SPEED...OR ABOUT 10 MILES
  WEST OF PHILLIPSBURG...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

  RURAL WESTERN PHILLIPS COUNTY THROUGH 340 PM CDT
