BUFFALO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA * UNTIL 800 PM CDT * AT 715 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS AND NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTH OF ELM CREEK...OR ABOUT 14 MILES NORTH OF HOLDREGE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
