VALLEY COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA * UNTIL 830 PM CDT * AT 747 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 31 MILES EAST OF BROKEN BOW...OR 5 MILES EAST OF ARCADIA...MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH.
