* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BELL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 1020 PM CDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY
RAIN WAS LOCATED ACROSS THE WESTERN HALF OF THE COUNTY. HARKER
HEIGHTS IS BEGINNING TO EXPERIENCE WATER OVER THE ROADS AND NOLAN
CREEK IS RUNNING AT BANKFULL. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS
LIKELY...RESULTING IN FLASH FLOODING ACROSS THE ENTIRE COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO WATER COVERED AREAS.  MOST FLASH FLOOD FATALITIES
