SOUTHEASTERN CLAY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 845 PM CDT * AT 813 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR BURBANK...OR ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF VERMILLION...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A TORNADO AT 750 PM 7 MILES EAST OF VOLIN. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING SITUATION.
