SOUTHEAST DAVISON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 745 PM CDT * AT 708 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR ETHAN...OR ABOUT 14 MILES SOUTH OF MITCHELL...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
