THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BRULE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 435 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS OVER BRULE COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST
  RAINS WERE FALLING OVER NORTHERN BRULE COUNTY. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER 
  NORTHER BRULE COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEAST.
