  SOUTHERN TOWNER COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA

  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN FROM HAMPDEN...30 MILES NORTH OF

  STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND ARE TRAINING OVER THE
