  SOUTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
  SARGENT COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 922 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN FROM NEAR GWINNER TO JUST SOUTH
  OF HANKINSON OR FROM 50 MILES WEST OF WAHPETON TO 20 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF WAHPETON. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 10
  MPH.

* TOWNS AFFECTED BY THE WARNING WILL BE LIDGERWOOD...HANKINSON AND
  FORMAN. RADAR ESTIMATED RAIN AMOUNTS OF TWO TO THREE INCHES IN
  ABOUT AN HOURS TIME. THE WILD RICE RIVER WILL BE AFFECT BY THE
  HEAVY RAINS.
