* AT 639 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG SIGNS THAT A TORNADO IS DEVELOPING 11     
  MILES NORTHWEST OF LLANO...MOVING EAST TO SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
