VAL VERDE COUNTY * UNTIL 230 AM CST * AT 128 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH A TORNADO 10 MILES NORTH OF DEL RIO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
