THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  REAL COUNTY
  KERR COUNTY
  EDWARDS COUNTY

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS MERGING ACROSS NORTHERN EDWARDS...NORTHERN REAL
AND WESTERN KERR COUNTIES WILL PRODUCED ENHANCED RAINFALL RATES OF 2
TO 4 INCHES AN HOUR DURING THE NEXT HOUR OR SO.  THOSE CAMPING ALONG
THE FRIO RIVER NORTH OF LEAKEY ARE ADVISED TO SEEK HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
