COMAL COUNTY TRAVIS COUNTY HAYS COUNTY * UNTIL 730 PM CDT * AT 345 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO SPREAD NORTHWARD OVER MUCH OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS CENTRAL TEXAS...INCLUDING TRAVIS...HAYS ...AND COMAL COUNTIES. WITH THE GROUND ALREADY SATURATED...THE ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS THROUGH THE EVENING. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
