WASHINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA * UNTIL 100 PM CDT * AT 1235 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 4 MILES SOUTH OF WEST CHESTER...OR 6 MILES WEST OF WASHINGTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
