SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA * UNTIL 800 PM CDT * AT 400 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN...FALLING...AT THE RATE OF 1 OR MORE INCHES PER HOUR...MOVING ACROSS SCOTT COUNTY. THIS HEAVY RAIN...IN ADDITION TO HEAVY RAIN FROM PREVIOUS STORMS...WILL LEAD TO LOCAL FLOODING ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AREAS.
