  MAHASKA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA
  WAPELLO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF OTTUMWA...OSKALOOSA AND EVANS.

* UNTIL 300 AM

* AT 1154 PM...MAHASKA AND WAPELLO COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTINUED
  TO REPORT WATER OVER ROADS INCLUDING HIGHWAY 63 NORTH OF OTTUMWA
  AND NUMEROUS COUNTY ROADS. FLOODING IS THE RESULT OF EARLIER 2 TO
  3 INCH RAINS.

* BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
