* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DECATUR COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA

* AT 635 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING RAINS OVER ALL OF DECATUR
COUNTY...INCLUDING LEON...LAMONI...DAVIS CITY...VAN WERT...GRAND
RIVER.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNING
AREA...RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 2
INCHES PER HOUR.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
