THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DULUTH MN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BURNETT COUNTY IN WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 735 PM CDT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN SIREN REPORTED FLASH  
  FLOODING OVER SOUTHERN BURNETT COUNTY. HIGHWAY 70 NEAR SIREN WAS
  REPORTED CLOSED AND TRAFFIC WAS BEING DIVERTED AROUND THE CITY
  OF SIREN. HAM RADIO OPERATORS REPORTED RAINFALL OVER 4 INCHES
  SINCE 4 PM IN THE SIREN AREA. 

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN 
  THE WARNED AREA. THIS BATCH OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO 
  MAINLY AFFECT AREAS SOUTH AND EAST OF SIREN THROUGH 930 PM...
  BUT ADDITIONAL STORMS WERE DEVELOPING WEST OF BURNETT COUNTY
  AND ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE IN DURING THE EVENING. IN ADDITION...
  IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME FOR RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS TO SUBSIDE.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
