* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHEYENNE COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SIDNEY
  KIMBALL COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY 
  OF KIMBALL

* UNTIL 930 PM MDT

* AT 525 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES SHOWED 3 
TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS PARTS OF WESTERN AND NORTHERN 
KIMBALL COUNTY.  A LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO MOVE 
EAST AT 20 MPH ACROSS THIS AREA...PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS 
OF 1 INCH PER HOUR.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS IN KIMBALL COUNTY REPORT WATER OVER 
HIGHWAY 30...NEAR THE LODGEPOLE CREEK RESEVOIR.  WITH HEAVY RAINS IN 
THE NORTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY CONTINUING TO DRAIN SOUTHWARD INTO 
THE CREEK...MORE FLOODING IS LIKELY.  THE MOST THREATENED AREAS 
APPEAR TO BE ALONG LODGEPOLE CREEK BETWEEN BUSHNELL AND LODGEPOLE.  
IF YOU ARE IN THIS AREA...YOU SHOULD PREPARE NOW FOR POSSIBLE FLASH 
FLOODING OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
