THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEDFORD COUNTY.

* UNTIL 855 PM EDT.

* AT 545 PM EDT...BEDFORD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED WATER 
FROM LAKE GORDON WAS 2 FEET OVER ITS SPILLWAY. THE EXCESSIVE 
DRAINAGE WAS CAUSING NEARBY EVITS CREEK TO OVERRUN ITS BANKS... 
FLOODING THE BASEMENT OF AT LEAST ONE HOUSE. ONLY LIGHT RAINFALL IS 
EXPECTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS ANXD FLASH FLOODS.
