HEAVY RAIN...WITH SOME EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS...CONTINUES TO TRACK 
NORTHWARD ACROSS AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 1 TO 3 INCHES OF 
RAIN OVERNIGHT. FLOODING IN NORMAL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS CAN BE EXPECTED 
THROUGH MID MORNING WHEN THE HEAVIEST OF THE RAIN SHOULD BE MOVING 
OUT OF THE REGION.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
