THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ADAMS COUNTY.

* UNTIL 1030 PM EDT.

* AT 900 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED EXTREMELY
  HEAVY RAINFALL HAS FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF ADAMS COUNTY CAUSING PROBLEMS
  WITH FLOODING.

RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY RAINFALL WAS CAUSING FLASH FLOODING NEAR 
BIGLERVILLE...INCLUDING CARS STRANDED IN HIGH WATER.  ALTHOUGH THE 
HEAVIEST RAIN HAS ENDED...FLOODING FROM RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE TO 
CAUSE PROBLEMS THROUGH 1030 PM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
