THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CAMBRIA COUNTY.
  SOMERSET COUNTY.

* UNTIL 715 AM EDT.

* AT 325 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS CAMBRIA AND 
  SOMERSET COUNTIES...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE PART OF A LARGER AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS 
EXTENDING INTO WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 
5 AM...BEFORE SLOWLY TAPERING OFF.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING IN THE WARNING AREA.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
