THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOMERSET COUNTY.

* UNTIL 100 AM EST.

HEAVY RAIN IS CAUSING FLOODING ACROSS SOMERSET COUNTY LATE THIS 
EVENING. EMERGENCY OFFICIALS REPORT NUMEROUS FLOODED ROADS...ALONG
WITH A MUD SLIDE. SOME MOTORISTS HAVE BECOME STRANDED IN THEIR 
VEHICLES. HEAVY RAIN WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS THE COUNTY 
THROUGH 1230 AM. FLOODING PROBLEMS WILL DECREASE LATER TONIGHT ONCE THE 
RAIN ENDS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
