THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN LEBANON COUNTY.
  NORTHEASTERN LANCASTER COUNTY.

* UNTIL 1030 PM EDT.

* AT 718 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 6 MILES EAST OF CORNWALL...OR
  ABOUT 2 MILES NORTH OF BRICKERVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.


SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING IN SOUTHERN LEBANON AND NORTHEASTERN LANCASTER COUTIES.  
RAINFALL REPORTS OF OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE 
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGVHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
