* AT 920 PM EST...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED AN ICE
  JAM HAD DEVELOPED ON CLEARFIELD CREEK NEAR DIMELING. WATER IS OUT 
  OF THE BANKS OF CLEARFIELD CREEK...AND COVERS SCRIBBERS ROAD.

* ICE JAMS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TONIGHT ALONG CLEARFIELD CREEK AND 
  CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING.

ICE JAMS CAUSE RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN WATER LEVELS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
