ASHTABULA COUNTY IN OHIO... * UNTIL 645 PM EDT * AT 540 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF JEFFERSON...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...
