THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STARK COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* AT 400 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING 
ACROSS STARK COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
NORTH CANTON HAD TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND IN 
EAST CANTON A LOCATION HAD ALMOST THREE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN.
