THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 1030 PM EDT

* AT 828 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY FROM 730 TO
  830PM THIS EVENING.  IN ADDITION RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS TO THE
  WEST WHICH WILL MOVE OVER THE AREA AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR MORE OF RAIN IN A SHORT TIME.
  THIS WILL BE ENOUGH TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS.

  CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
